Out-of-bundle site visits — for clients without an AMC or who have exhausted their allocated visits — are charged at QAR 249 per visit.
An AMC is the most cost-effective way to ensure regular coverage and avoid ad-hoc charges.
The AMC covers existing installed systems only — CCTV, Wi-Fi and network devices, and intercom/basic automation (where applicable). New installations and third-party systems (e.g., ISP, SMATV) are not included.
No. Unused preventive maintenance and emergency visits expire at the end of the 12-month contract period and do not roll over.
No. The AMC covers labour, inspection, and maintenance only. Hardware replacements are quoted separately. Premium AMC clients benefit from preferential pricing on replacement components.
The AMC is currently offered to existing Qonnect clients only, as it covers systems we have previously installed and are familiar with.
